How To...
1. Sign-up for Extended Time Testing
  • Go to the counselors’ lobby (room 100) once your teacher announces test date
  • Find the GREEN & WHITE Binder on the registrar’s “drive-through” shelf
  • Read and follow the instructions on the front of the binder
  • Report to room 102 ( across from the teacher’s lounge) on the day and period of your assigned test
  • Deadline to sign-up for extended time testing is the DAY BEFORE the test is scheduled
2. Sign-up for a Note Buddy                           
                                                                                                

Note Receiver’s Responsibilities
  • Obtain a Note Buddy Application from Mrs. Angers in room 102
  • Complete the form and return it to Mrs. Angers in room 102
  • Provide a double pocket folder, loose leaf paper and carbon paper to each teacher from whom you are requesting notes
    *Be sure to label each folder with your name, subject, hour, and teacher’s name
  • Pay attention in class
  • Take notes to the best of your ability
  • Pick up notes after class
  • Express appreciation to your Note Buddy

Teacher’s Responsibilities

  • Discretely assign a note buddy for the student
  • Put the Note Buddy folder in a place easily accessible to both students
  • Give Note Buddy carbon paper, folder, and loose leaf paper provided by the note receiver
Note Buddy’s Responsibilities
  • Pay attention
  • Use carbon paper and loose leaf paper when taking notes
  • Take clear, concise notes
  • After class put copy of notes in the Note Buddy folder
  • Pat yourself on the back, you’ve done a kind deed
