Message from the Principal


Dear Parents and Students,

Welcome to St. Thomas More Catholic High School! Through our school's short history, we have seen the development of a tradition of excellence in all areas of school life.

Our previous years have given us much to be thankful for and have yielded one huge success story. The school has now been recognized three times (1987, 1993, and 1998) by the United States Department of Education as a School of Excellence. St. Thomas More Catholic High School students have achieved great success in academic and extracurricular activities over the years. The school is now seeing tremendous growth in the spiritual lives of the students. We are proud of the many St. Thomas More students involved in Christian leadership and service projects. The one key ingredient in this recipe for excellence is hard work. This is the challenge for all current students at St. Thomas More: to constantly strive to be the best person that they can be.

At St. Thomas More, we seek to be a family which is built on a love for God and for other people. The greatest emphasis is placed on the building of this faith community. In addition, we will continue to strive for excellence in all that we do.

I look forward to meeting you and working with you. I ask for your prayers for our administrators, teachers, and staff members during this school year. Let us keep the lines of communication open when problems occur. We will be a much more effective force if we work together.
